Plastic BMS - (Completed projects)
The Shell Tower is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment of all 27 floors installing new chilled beams which can be controlled locally or through the BMS system. Working with consultants and building operators Plastic -Designs has designed and installed a Trend 963 operating system.
Laing O'Rourke's new HQ in London is installed with a Tridium 'Front-End' which controls all main plant operation over a Lon network. The graphical interface Plastic-Designs used gives the ability for romote monitoring over a TCP/IP network. The building is currently being controlled by a call centre in India.

The Harlequin Watford is one of the UK's leading retail malls, the Building Management System controls lighting, security, lifts & esculators as well as the HVAC. North's Obsys was installed to integrate all systems together onto a single Front-End supervisor to be monitored via Webview.

Global Switch London is Europe's largest purpose-built data centre offering it's clients the ultimate controlled environment. Using a Trend operating system we were able to provide a 963 interface which delivers graphics to 'Tenants' all over the world from the London location. We alert them, via SMS messages, to potential conditional problems so they can react accordingly. Tenants include Futijsu, Credite Suisse and BP.
